The Professional Trader's Backtesting Hub & Portfolio Planner
Welcome! If you've been relying on messy, complicated spreadsheets to track your trades, this setup is going to make your life heaps easier. This tool is basically a smart digital diary and calculator for your trading. It's built to take the headache out of logging your trades, working out your profit margins, and spotting bad trading habits before they cost you money.
What Does It Actually Do?
At its core, this tool does two main things:
-
Organises your trading data: It gives you a clean, easy-to-read dashboard where you can see all your trades, your win rate, and your risk-to-reward numbers.
-
Acts as a trading psychologist: It reads your past trades and tells you if you are sticking to your plan or if you are trading emotionally (like "revenge trading" after a loss).
>> There are absolutely no complicated tech setups, server costs, or coding required from you. We've done all the heavy lifting behind the scenes.
The Two Main Parts of Your System
To keep things simple, think of your new setup as having two separate pieces that talk to each other automatically:
1. The Diagnostic Page
This is a simple web page to start from. Instead of manually typing out every single trade you've made, you just take the trading history file from your broker (usually called a "CSV" file) and drag it onto this page.
- What it does: A smart AI reads your file in seconds, looks at your numbers, and spots patterns (like emotional size-doubling or Tilt).
- The best bit: Automatically organises and pushes the data straight into Notion. No copy-paste needed.
2. The Notion Hub
Notion is a free notebook app. When you buy this product, you get a link to duplicate our custom-built trading workspace directly into your own private account.
- Master Journal: A neat, structured list of entries and exits.
- Calculators: Computes exact Risk-to-Reward and R-Multiple.
- Mental Tracker: Tags fear, greed, FOMO, or discipline compliance.
How to Use It (Step-by-Step)
Using the system is incredibly straightforward. Here is your daily routine:
01
Download your trading history
Log in to your regular trading platform or broker and download your recent trades as a CSV file. (This is a basic spreadsheet file every broker provides).
02
Upload it to the Diagnostic Page
Open up our simple Diagnostic webpage. Click the "Upload" button and select the file you just downloaded, then click "Execute Diagnostic".
03
Let the smart assistant do the maths
Grab a cuppa and wait a few seconds. The screen will pop up with a plain-English summary of your recent performance, checking if strategy drift or tilt is present.
04
Check your Notion Hub
Open up your Notion app. You'll see that all those trades you just uploaded have magically appeared in your Master Trade Journal, with calculators and psychological tags filled out automatically.
A Quick Note on Privacy and Safety
Your data stays entirely with you.
When you upload your trading file, our smart assistant reads the numbers, does the maths, and pushes the results to your personal Notion account. We do not store your trading history, and we cannot access your private Notion Hub. Everything is locked down safely on your end.
"You're all set, mate. Stick to the plan, trust the numbers, and let the Hub handle the messy paperwork."
